Stewart and Peter Schink have scripted this movie to be full of action and the way in which God is depicted in the Legion is really what puts a twist on this movie.
The director's chair for this movie will be taken the by Chris Wedge, who also directed Robots and Ice Age. Sigmund Freud used to say our conscious personality was little more than a puppet manipulated by the aims and purposes of the subconscious.
